Bilingual representatives to investigate returned telephone bills. Outbound and Inbound customer calls. Representatives process/verify customer address information.

Core Responsibilities:



Resolving address problems with the customer through AT&T Proprietary software systems.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish

Great attendance and great attitude.

Consistent data entry and strong telephone skills a must.

Drug/Background prescreen required.

Must have good reference and stable transportation.

Shift 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Education Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
